In Highways and Airports Intl., you will become part of COWI's International Transportation unit. Highways and Airports Intl. numbers 70 of the best technical specialists and project managers in the field. We provide technically sound and economically feasible solutions that support coherent, future-proof infrastructure that optimises mobility and takes climate protection and water management into account.
EXTEND YOUR POTENTIAL IN A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS
In this position, you will join our global team of 70 experts and work closely with our Senior Project Managers and Vice President, Highways and International Airports. Your finest task in our team will be to assist with proposal preparation and some administrative tasks

In this position, you will join our global team of 70 experts and work closely with our Senior Project Managers and Vice President, Highways and International Airports. Your finest task in our team will be to assist with proposal preparation and some administrative tasks
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Take part in preparing proposals for project managers
- Manage and support the proposal from invitation to submittal including prepare and compile documents, presentations and write-up of methodologies
- Administer some tasks within COWI's financial system (Maconomy)
- Assistance on financial forecast, monthly closure and annual budget
- Support on proposal preparation by identifying relevant CV´s and project references
- Support and assist the Vice President when relevant
- Make travel arrangements for the team as well as guests visiting the office

- Ideally you hold a technical degree, though this is not mandatory for this position
- Possess high standards of written English and strong proof-reading skills
- Being flexible in approach and adaptable to changing priorities
- Committed team worker as well as comfortable working independently
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and Project)
- Experience in using portals and online submissions is an advantage
