In COWI Denmark, you will become part of COWI's Buildings division which is the largest in Denmark numbering around 550 highly skilled experts, of which 85 client consultants. We have a holistic and process-oriented approach to project management consultancy. Together with our customers, we strive to find sustainable solutions and proactively propose climate-friendly actions in all our services.
DENMARK'S LARGEST PROFESSIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY ENVIRONMENT
In this position, you will become part of our project management consultancy team in Lyngby. The team consists of 85 people with different backgrounds which provide legal and technical client consultancy to private and public customers in Denmark and abroad.
You will refer to the Head of Section for the area, but your central focus area will be the projects. You will solve most of your projects in close cooperation with the project team and in a close dialogue with the customers and business partners. However, there will also be projects that you will solve independently for the customers.
Over the past years, COWI's project management consultancy has expanded considerably, and we see an increasing demand for professional management and planning from the earliest phases. During the projects, the various professions work closely together. By applying value engineering, we ensure maximum value to the customer within the given frame. We are therefore on the lookout for a planner with an interest in the professional development of planning services.

YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE:
- Planning on multiple levels: Operational, processual, and strategic
- Planning of small as well as large, complex projects in different phases and on different degrees of detail (PMI Level 1-5) including continuous follow-up
- Evaluation of other parties' schedules, e.g. design, tender and execution schedules
- Progress analyses, interim analyses, and monthly reporting
- Development of existing and new planning services.

In addition:
- You have a minimum of 10 years of related experience as a planner, preferably in the consultancy sector, alternatively in the building contract sector
- You are experienced with benchmark durations for common activities, e.g. excavation of construction pit, rates of construction etc.
- You are familiar with the Danish building industry, the regulation hereof and with the planning and execution processes
- Preferably, you are experienced with delay analyses
- Preferably, you are experienced with BIM and the connection between model and scheduling
- You have great communicative skills and know how to convey the results of the planning analyses to our customers in Denmark and abroad
- You can express yourself accurately in speech and writing in English and preferably also in Danish.
