We are looking for a program coordinator to organize and develop two innovation courses at DTU. In collaboration with industry, the position’s goal is to increase and create confidence with the knowledge of innovation from an engineering perspective for DTU students.

The workplace is DTU Lyngby Campus.

Experienced program coordinator in developing innovation education
Your responsibilities:
- Organise two 3-weeks master course three times a year
- Engage with a diverse group of educators to ensure academic quality,
- Seek out and collaborate with industry partners,
- Manage a team of teaching assistants, course support and educators,
- Develop new innovative content to reinforce the education goals
Hands-on experience in innovation and project ambiguity
Your background:
- Relevant Master’s degree to innovation education (Design science, Innovation management, business development, or similar),
- Industry experience from product development, corporate innovation, and/or innovation management,
- Experience in the role of educator at the university level and engaged with students through design and engineering challenges,
- Have proven skills in innovation, process, and development methods with a focus on its users through design thinking,
- Preferred facilitation training and experience with the use of development methods such as design sprints, SCRUM, brainstorming, and prototyping.
