The Position The Project Quality Professional will be responsible for driving TIMS (Test Information Management System) implementation in Fill & Finish Expansions in all aspects. TIMS is a web-based system that supports handling of validation data and activities in the validation process, including validation deviations. Although the role will be situated in Denmark, it will integrate with the document management organizations at our site projects in France, Brazil, China and the US. The main tasks will be to:
  • Collaborate with site experts from other project Sites around the world to coordinate the TIMS implementation process.
  • Support implementation by developing guidelines and system structure.
  • Configure TIMS to meet the specific needs of each project site.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
  • Conduct training for end-users.
    • Qualifications To succeed in this position, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
  • An academic degree in science, engineering, or another related field.
  • Have previous validation experience.
  • Experience working with any validation software platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, preferably with prior experience working across international borders and time zones.
  • Fluent communication in English.
    • The ideal candidate for this role should have strong organizational and planning skills, as well as have a purposeful, determined approach to taking the lead on tasks. Additionally, the ideal candidate should enjoy new challenges and be eager to learn new things. About the Department The Validation Standards department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for ensuring the quality of the final product during the manufacturing process. They develop and implement quality control plans and work closely with other departments to maintain quality standards. The department is staffed with highly qualified professionals who continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes. You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 55,000 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the facilities of the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of 20 years from now.
