Novo Nordisk is currently building up Manufacturing capacity as our demand and product portfolio grows. As part of this journey the newly established and business critical organisation, Fill & Finish Expansions (FFEx), focuses on building several new Production Facilities worldwide. Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced lead for the Implementation of 18 global IT Systems across a large portfolio of domestic and international manufacturing projects. In this role you will be responsible for managing the efforts required throughout the implementation phases. You will drive the execution and planning of the implementations as well as manage the stakeholders across the Global IT Systems Portfolio. As the Implementation Lead you will act as the anchor point for everything related to the implementation of the 18 global IT Systems, e.g., implementation planning, timeline(s) and contingency plan. In the role you will also have the responsibility of creating a scalable and standardized approach for our IT Systems Implementations to ensure, that our IT Systems can be delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
You will join our IT & Automation area in the global FFEx program, where you will have the ownership of executing the implementation of the 18 global IT systems working across our ARTs, system delivery teams, our global and domestic sites, and our program stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Establish a standardized and scalable implementation approach the 18 IT systems.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans with activities per system ensuring clarity about roles and responsibilities during the implementation phases.
• Consolidate a clear overview of roles and responsibilities throughout the deployment of the IT systems.
• Monitor and facilitate the execution of the implementations, identify and mitigate risks to ensure that the systems are delivered on time within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Act as the point of contact for everything related to the IT system implementations across the system delivery teams, project team members and the sites.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across the system delivery teams, the project team members and other program stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members working with the IT system Implementations.
• Identify opportunities for project improvements and implement best practices. Qualifications
To fulfil this role, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who can think and plan strategically while maintaining a strong focus on the ongoing execution by all involved teams. Other than that, we hope to see that you:
• Hold a relevant master’s degree, and you will be able to work out of Denmark.
• Have experience in leading large project teams and handling implementation plans for multiple parallel system rollouts.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand, influence and navigate in a complex and cross-functional stakeholder landscape.
• Can manage a portfolio of system implementations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a proven track record as a strong project manager in a complex and regulated environment, naturally achieving followership from your project teams.
• Are recognised as an inspirational project leader who can bring together various stakeholders and suppliers towards a common goal with utmost transparency.
• Build business insights through data and by listening to and understanding your stakeholders, you lead naturally in a project by communicating a clear aspiration and clear priorities.
• Are a talented and resourceful person who is driven by having impact on a higher purpose.
• Have a high resilience to uncertainties and a dynamic environment. That you are adaptable, open to change, willing to adjust plans and strategies as necessary and is flexible enough to find alternative solutions.
