The Position
As a Maintenance Project Manager in Fill & Finish Expansions, Tech Standards, you will be part of the Facility, Maintenance, and Technical Support department. The maintenance work package ensures that the equipment is assessed and entered into our system, so it can run according to Novo Nordisk and GMP requirements. This requires extensive knowledge of maintenance processes and equipment commissioning. There we expect you to have experience from both an operational environment and project management.
Your responsibilities will include: Translating technology and equipment decisions into operational procedures for proper maintaining a GMP facility and equipment Building a maintenance strategy and execution strategy before the facility is built Coordinating execution of strategy with several Novo Nordisk sites worldwide Driving elements of the quality, digitalization, and connectivity journey together with the technical work packages, QA, and other key stakeholders Furthermore, this position involves a high degree of stakeholder management within the organization, including process Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), equipment responsible, IT/OT, and QA across the program, as well as external partners.
The role will require collaboration with our global sites. To facilitate this, some travel is expected, estimated at 5-7 trips per year.
Our team currently consists of 11 colleagues, each with diverse professional and personal backgrounds. As our team continues to grow, we value and appreciate the unique perspectives and experiences each member brings.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you need to have: An academic degree within engineering, life science, be a marine engineer (maskinmester) or have a technical background within maintenance Minimum 4 years of experience from an operations or maintenance organization, preferably from a pharmaceutical production facility Experience working with SAP, risk assessments and maintenance plans is a requirement Solid understanding of GMP requirements Experience from construction projects is a great advantage Ability to communicate complex content in a simple way Fluency in written and spoken English As a person, you set high standards for your work and are data-driven. You are a team player who works well managing complex dependencies between different areas in a structured way. The significance of collaborating in this job cannot be overstated, making it essential to possess the ability to find common ground, being pragmatic or engage in productive discussions when making decisions. You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, which was established 18 months ago and is a growing area within Novo Nordisk. Our responsibility is to design, plan, and build all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. We are rethinking our drug product facilities with the use of modern technology, setting the standards for the drug product production of the future. In the Fill & Finish Expansions program, we are responsible for establishing new production facilities where we will introduce a lot of new process equipment.
