The position We are currently seeking a highly motivated a creative Project Manager with great facilitation skills to join our Project Execution Team within the Fill & Finish Expansions. This programme is a branch of Novo Nordisk, dedicated to building the future production facilities with several global sites through big CAPEX projects.
You will be responsible for driving collaboration, facilitation and cross-functional project communication across several different job families. You may be responsible for developing content, communication material, running our SharePoint, securing collaboration, facilitating workshops, and driving our executive office functions. As a member of our Project Execution Team, you will have the opportunity to: • Run scaling and improvement initiatives related to our internal and project communication, executive office functions, and organizational change management.
• Design and facilitate workshops, townhalls, and events.
• Ensure structure and alignment across job families through cross-functional communication and development projects.
• Identify improvement initiatives, update communication and OCM strategies, produce communication content for internal awareness, alignment, and engagement.
• Strengthen cross-department relations and develop the core function.
• Drive existing project communication initiatives and support a variety of communication and OCM tasks. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: • An academic degree within communication, psychology, behavioral science, social sciences, engineering, or a similar field, combined with a few years of relevant experience with corporate communication.
• Proficiency in creating and conducting presentations and facilitating meetings and workshops effectively, and confidence in adjusting project plans when needed.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal, written, and visuals well as strong pptx skills. - Experience in setting up and driving SharePoint sites, and experience with communication and OCM strategies.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
As a person, you have the ability to break down complex information with a focus on the recipient. You possess good people and stakeholder management skills, and you are able to run tasks and projects independently. About the Department As a member of our team, you will be part of a Project Management Office (PMO), which consists of over 35 professionals dedicated to enabling, driving, and supporting initiatives to ensure the successful execution of our projects. The PMO provides a wide array of functionalities, including controlling functions, business and executive office support, and development initiatives.
Within the PMO, you will join the Project Execution Team, which core deliverables include driving project improvement initiatives, coordinating across the project portfolio, removing project progress blockers, and maintaining and prioritizing improvement/blocker backlogs. Working at Novo Nordisk
