You will become part of our Project Controls team. You will develop and maintain the company's risk management framework, including policies, procedures, and tools for identifying, assessing, and managing risks across the organization. You will be also expected to support risk owners in executing risk management plans to mitigate identified risks, working with cross-functional teams to ensure that risks are appropriately addressed as well as monitor and report on risk management activities, providing regular updates to senior management on the status of identified risks and risk mitigation plans.
On top of that, you will be in charge of developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners to ensure that risk management activities are aligned with strategic objectives. You will also be expected to provide training and support to employees across the organization on risk management principles and practices. Qualifications
To excel in this position, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, risk management, or finance.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to identify and assess risks across a range of business activities and contexts.
• Project management skills. Other than that, as a person, you are known for possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Moreover, you are able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. About the Department
