The positions
We are looking for two HRBPs for our team. You will be the HR Business Partner for an Aseptic Manufacturing area in Denmark, either Gentofte or Hillerød, working closely with the local functional leadership team and HR colleagues and with our corporate Centers of Excellence to drive the global and local HR priorities forward.
Your main responsibility is to engage with the line of business leadership as a strategic partner by translating the business strategy and priorities into relevant and impactful HR initiatives and actions. This includes driving: Organizational development Talent management & development Diversity & Inclusion Culture and engagement You will report to the Head of Aseptic Manufacturing DK HR and become member of the HRBP team covering all Danish Aseptic Manufacturing sites. This team is part of a global team, comprising of about 150 colleagues across 5 countries. Together, we are responsible for developing our organization and employees to meet current and future needs.
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate, you: Hold a relevant advanced degree education. Have at least 5 years of relevant HR experience within a large, international, and culturally diverse environment. Have an elevated level of interpersonal skills to be able to provide input to and advise all levels within the organization and handle sensitive and confidential situations. Are fluent in verbal and written English. Possess good diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Can think strategically and translate business into tangible actions. As a person, you are collaborative and a great colleague.

About Aseptic Manufacturing
Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing (PS AM) is part of Product Supply, which supply products for all therapeutic areas in Novo Nordisk. PS AM is one of the largest units in Product Supply, and we fill, assemble and pack all the insulin products in Novo Nordisk. AM is around 10,000 people currently working in five different countries (Brazil, China, Denmark, France and USA) and operating seven factories/sites.
