The Position
As a Work Package Owner for IT/OT Operations, you will: Be responsible for designing and building the global organization for support & maintenance of IT/OT solutions within our Fill & Finish Expansion program. Ensure all required documentation & training is in place, so IT/OT systems are compliant and efficient when handed over to operations. In collaboration with local sites and implementation partners, define the strategy for control & maintenance of Global IT/OT Standards. Work closely with tracks leads, external partners and internal stakeholders within the different IT/Automation teams across our entire organization. Be responsible for the ramp-up strategy once in Operations. Be part of a project of great strategic importance to Novo Nordisk
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: A degree within automation engineering/computer science or equivalent combination of experience & education. Minimum 5 years’ experience within IT/OT Operations, preferably within the Pharmaceutical (cGMP/GxP) or other regulated industry. Strong communication/collaboration skills with internal & external stakeholders, incl. system suppliers, end-users, project managers, etc. Experience within the following system is an advantage: SCADA/PLC, PAS-X. As a person, you are energized by taking responsibility for automation. You are structured in your way of working and open to share information with your colleagues, working together as a team, and driving for joint and ambitious results.

The programme aims to design and build multiple new facilities worldwide with standard, future-proof, and scalable solutions. In FFEx – IT & Automation, we are bringing new technologies into the production to further improve the automation and digitalisation of our production processes. All to raise the bar from what we can do today and bring our global production processes to the next digital level. By our co-defined ambition, we are preparing for a fast-paced rollout for our different sites. As part of the ambitious FFEx programme, we continue to grow, but one thing we make sure to maintain is our strong culture.
