The Position Your main role as a Senior Clinical Operations Manager will be to lead from a strategic point of view the execution of the clinical projects in the assigned therapeutic areas in all countries of Region Northwest Europe, following-up the status of trials and motivating, supervising and supporting team members. In addition, you will coordinate the communication related to the projects with many stakeholders from Global Headquarter, International Operations and internally in the region. Moreover, your other responsibilities will be the following: Clinical Development: Lead the process of development/update of strategical plans with the countries in the region, involving the right stakeholders and ensuring their implementation
Trial portfolio: Lead the process of TPR in the region and coordinate with CDCs/countries the feedback of the whole region to Global Trial Planning
Trial start-up: provide input and ensure alignment in the process of country allocation, in close contact with Global Trial Planning, Clinical Drug Development teams, and Clinical Operations in the countries
Oversight of trial initiation in the countries
Project execution: Responsible of follow-up recruitment vs. plans and coordinate re-allocations in and out of the region
Across projects: Responsible for coordination with regional medical managers and CDC Clinical Medical Managers to ensure the adequate medical support to the projects
Qualifications BSc/MSc/PhD in Life Sciences
Advanced CRA and project management level and you are trained in GCP
Min of 5 years of working experience in clinical project management
Solid knowledge of clinical trial processes
Fluent in written and spoken English
