With direct reference to our Head of Device Exchange Management, you will join our Solution and Service Delivery Department which delivers customer-specific system solutions for the utility industry. You will be part of a small team with close to 6 colleagues who handle the installation process of our customer projects. Together with the rest of the project group, we help to ensure good customer experiences and ensure that the service sold is delivered on time in the right quality.
A job with focus on project planning
In the position as Project Planner you will be responsible for leading the project planning for customer projects so that the optimal efficiency is achieved. In addition, you take on a central position in order to keep improving the methods, processes and structure when implementing new customer projects going forward.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
• Providing support for customers in Denmark and abroad
• Providing support for telephone inquiries from end customers and installers
• Ensuring our customers receive notification material
• Participate in developing and maintaining Kamstrup’s quality and management system within our area
In the job, you can expect around 15 travel days per year.
Personality matters
In the job as Project Planner, you will have a large contact surface - both internally and externally. Therefore, you are service-oriented and have good communication skills in both writing and speech. You have a great understanding of the customers' different needs, as you are able to put yourself in other people's situation. You thrive with a busy everyday life through your structured approach which gives you the ability to maintain an overview.
It is a requirement that you have at least 3 years of experience from a similar position in a call centre, customer service department, support office or similar. Through this, you have gained solid experience with administration and customer service over the phone and email. In addition, we would like for you to have project training or experience in your previous position. We expect you to be an experienced IT user at a high level, where your Excel skills in particular are excellent.
In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.
