With a direct reference to the Head of System & Process Management, you will join a team consisting of 11 dedicated and motivated employees. Together we are responsible for a broad range of working areas, united in supporting the delivery and service of customer solutions through process management, digitalization and automation of processes, continuous improvement projects, and creating transparency in our operations and profitability. In the team there is an informal atmosphere and sparring across different topics.
A job with focus on processes management and optimization
In the position as Business Process Specialist, you will play an instrumental role in mapping and optimizing our global processes across business areas. Our quality department is driving a companywide initiative to strengthen and digitalize our process landscape to which you will be the representative and collaborating with the functional leads in Solution and Service Delivery. Furthermore, you will support the department as an important sparring partner when it comes to process management.
More specifically you will
• Develop, maintain, and document our high-level process mapping of our business activities, globally and across all functions
• Be project lead for the implementation of our new IT platform from a business perspective and ensuring effective and coherent business adoption
• Drive the optimization of internal business processes, to accommodate our global growth ambitions
• Facilitate process improvement workshops related to processes on all levels of the organization
• Analyze process performance and set strategies and actions for continuous improvement globally
• Ensure optimized standardization by aligning best practices across the department
Personality matters
We are looking for a Business Process Specialist who has a great drive and interest in business process optimization and improvements. We imagine that you have a relevant University education with a business orientation, combined with + years’ of experience from a similar role, which has given you extensive knowledge of project management in a service business. In addition, we expect that you are experienced in designing and drawing effective process that drives the business forward.
As a person you pride yourself with your problem-solving mindset and you want to make a difference with your work. You are structured and have a perseverant profile that takes ownership and are often found at the forefront of changes. Furthermore, you are detail oriented by nature, but can relate those details to a larger holistic picture. You hold great communicative skills and can communicate complex issues when needed, combined with great stakeholder management skills.
It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently.
