Become a part of the Leadership Team in Accounting

With direct reference to our Head of Group Accounting, you will become part of the Accounting leadership team with a strong mandate to drive improvement initiatives critical for taking the Global Finance organization to the next level. As Kamstrup is experiencing solid growth, we are currently working on ways to further optimize, digitize and professionalize the way we perform several of our core processes within our organization, including gaining full value of our ERP system which has been live for a year. This position will master a portfolio of projects and act as the driving force in making sure that continuous improvement is executed. Coordinating with colleagues within as well as outside the finance organization, this role will have broad exposure in the effort of building a smarter way of working for many colleagues across Kamstrup.
Technical knowledgeable process expert with focus on finding smart scalable solutions
In the position, you will act according to the player-coach principle where you will be a direct contributor to solving tasks in relation to our core financial processes such as invoice to cash, procure to pay and month-close alongside the finance colleagues. You will be a trusted advisor and sparring partner to our Head of Group Accounting, and you will have a close collaboration with IT, colleagues in our bookkeeping, our shared service center located in our Headquarter, as well as working closely with the local finance managers in the joint effort of ensuring high quality and efficiency. Here you will identify challenges, build guidelines and train finance colleagues in the system and process toolbox which is vital for their daily work. Furthermore, the Process & Systems Manager will drive, own, and assist Group Finance in optimizing the global finance processes and implementing new tools and functionalities with a continues strive for improvement.
More specifically, you will be:
The position is a specialist role at a manager level without own direct reports and you can expect approximately 15-25 travel days per year to support our local entities.
Personality matters
We are looking for an experienced and well-founded ERP and Finance system specialist with a profound project management skillset. Your solid experience gives you the ability to identify major challenges related to scaling an organization and to translate defined best practice into real life solutions. We imagine that you have an economic degree in Finance, Economics, or IT combined with a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience working with financial process optimization, ERP implementation or a similar role.
It will be considered an advantage if you have:
As a person, you have an analytical and systematic approach to analysis and project management. Your strong communicative skills enable you to communicate on all levels of the organization, while establishing strong collaborative ties. As a person, you are self-motivated, and your proactive and positive attitude enable you to lead by example that catches on to your colleagues and internal customers.
It is a requirement that you speak and write English fluently. Danish is an advantage.

- Facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing within as well as outside of Group Finance
