Work across the entire value chain
Based in Global Marketing, you will be part of a team with a multi brand responsibility for developing commercial packaging, clinical displays and merchandise. You will be working across the value chain with stakeholders from R&D and Quality to Operations, Brand management and Customer Service.
“You will help us in ensuring that our high-quality hearing aids and accessories reach our customers intact, why it is important to take form, usability, sustainability, quality, and price into consideration when developing our packaging solutions.” says your new manager, Senior Director, Global Marketing, Anne-Marie Hasselbalch.
Clinic decoration items and merchandise are important tools we use to display our hearing aids and to be brand present in the market. Since these items are an extension of the brands and they are used in clinics worldwide, it is important that you can convey each brand’s CVI into physical items, while still taking usability, cost, sustainability and quality into consideration.
The responsibilities include the following:
- development and continous improvements of clinic decoration items and merchandise across all our hearing aid brands to ensure high retail impact. Uncovering fundamental insights about usage and customer preference within clinic decoration will be one of your initial projects.
- new developments, commercial launch packaging (hearing aids, connectivity and accessories) in close collaboration with procurement, suppliers and brand management.
- InMarket change request, maintenance and updates (die cut updates for resource/cost optimizations, CVI/graphical updates, quality driven changes).

Join a team of dedicated and highly competent colleagues in Global Marketing, we are 110 collegues across 3 sites, Smørum (DK), Bern (CH) and Wasaw (PL) with the goal to ensure greater market presence for our four Hearing Instrument brands. Packaging Management is part of Marketing Development, a team of 13 greatly skilled collegues within Global Marketing Planning, Creative Development and Packaging Management.
Experienced project manager
Ideally you have 3-5 years of experience within project management, preferably within the medical device industry. You know your way around the supply chain, understand the manufacturing processes and can communicate effectively with suppliers.
Competencies and experience within the below areas are desirable:
- product development and/or packaging design
- usability and commercial mindset
- material selection in relation to intended use with respect to cost and sustainability
- quality assurance
As a person, you are good at keeping an overview of your tasks and handling a large amount of complex information. You are a solid communicator and find it easy to argue and convey your opinions even when you are facing stakeholders with a divergent opinion. You know how to balance progress when things get tough versus escalating and reaching out for help. You are a strong team player with a commercial mindset.
