Are you able to develop and support the software and service transition all the way from the conceptual phase to the final implementation following the stage gate model? Can you build transition plans including infrastructure/application support models and conduct change management?

Therefore, we are looking for aService Transition Project Manager to join our Service Transition team in our Solution and Service Delivery Division.
With a direct reference to our Vice President, you will become a part of a new team of 3 committed colleagues. The team is still in an developing phase, where we focus on improving the capabilities used for deploying new or modified services and solutions into the operation. We strive to secure customer success in every service and solution delivery by taken responsibility of the handover from development into operation.
Secure seamless introduction of new services and solutions in operation
In the position as Service Transition Project Manager you will play a vital role in regards to securing customer success with our solutions when introducing new Services and Solutions in operation. Therefore, you will have two main responsibilities - qualifying new service and solution offerings/deliveries and secure a feedback culture from customer interaction.
More specifically, your primary work tasks will be to:
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious Service Transition Project Manager who has at least 5 years of experience with technical and IT service delivery. You have a relevant educational background at minimum bachelor’s level in IT, Engineering or Business and a professional profile which gives you the ability to manage projects with complex issues. In order to succeed in this role, it is important that you have great project management skills and are very familiar with service transition, ITIL, processes. You have a Prince II education or similar and can show practical experience within managing cross-functional project management tasks.
As a person, you are structured and driven by a constant focus on the quality of your project deliveries. You are excellent at creating an overview through your methodical and analytical approach. You consider yourself as being a self-starter with a strong drive, and you have the ability to move and change things. You possess strong communicative skills and the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is an advantage.
