You are pivotal in driving the People & Organisation strategy across more than 20 countries
In your new job, you will be part of a professional and dynamic group of app. 90 colleagues at HQ consisting of people from the business and the global Hearing Care IT department.
You will be supporting our Hearing Care business area and become part of an organisation embarking on a transformation and where leading change is at the essence of reaching our business ambitions. The role is the second member of the global Hearing Care HR team which today consist of a global HR business partner setup supporting the Hearing Care (Retail) business area in developing and driving the People and Organisation strategy across more than 20 countries. You will be part of Global HR organisation which consists of 170 people, located in Denmark and Poland, and you will report to the Senior Director of the Hearing Care HR team. And working together with HR teams across 20+ countries spreading from one to 20 employees in each country
We are looking for an HR Data and Process Manager who will take on the essential responsibility of globalizing our HR processes. To accomplish the task, you will be going through our HR data, in Success Factors, to ensure it´s comparable across our markets, and document our current processes based on input from the Hearing Care leaders. You will also be recommending improvements to align processes across countries, give input to the development of global HR IT solutions that can drive the processes and evaluate the efficiency of changes made.
Facilitate the development of global HR processes
Daily, you will work in close coordination with local HR Business Partners and the leaders responsible for our Hearing Care companies around the world.
In summary you can look forward to the following tasks:
- Support and train countries in using Success Factors in an efficient way to report correct employee data. Based on the global definitions and structure for employee data
- Support countries in getting the process behind FTE (Full Time Employees) reporting correct – from change management in local markets to Transactional HR processes
- Understand (through workshops and interviews) users (employees, leaders and HR) needs and requirements in key HR processes across markets
- Facilitate discussions to establish global best practice HR processes that will drive a business value add and ensure the wider Hearing care input
- Based on the understanding and discussions, prepare for the configuration workshop in the Success Factors project – delivering aligned input on key HR processes across the Hearing Care business area
- Work closely with the global HR IT team and ensure that described HR processes are aligned with Success Factors capabilities
Furthermore, you will provide feedback to the HR IT team on required system changes and make sure that the changes are made and communicated to all stakeholders in the markets.
Solid HR data experience and facilitation skills
To ensure success as our new colleague, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of HR data and processes within the health care or retail industry. This you combine with experience working with HR data and processes in an HR IT system.
You enjoy facilitating global changes and your excellent communication skills enable that very part. Having worked in Success Factors is not a necessity but you should have experience working with an HR IT system.
