Administrative Project Coordinator to Executive Support at Demant

We are looking for a skilled project coordinator who wants to be part of an engaged team, who all strive to deliver high-quality work in an exciting and informal environment.

First-class administrative support on a global level
As our new colleague, you will join a team of highly dedicated colleagues, who support our Executive Management.

Your main task will be to support our Executive Management and Corporate Functions by solving a number of important tasks, including assisting Group Legal, which includes getting documents signed and processing and filing documents in our internal legal entity system.

You will become the owner of key processes in the administration of our corporate functions with a variety of tasks. For instance, you will be responsible for maintaining our database of general manager contracts and for receiving and processing annual financial statements and minutes of annual general meetings of our subsidiaries in close cooperation with Finance and Group Legal.

From time to time, you will also assist in planning meetings and smaller conferences. You can look forward to filling a dynamic, challenging and rewarding position where your tasks will include:

  • Support Group Legal with handling documentation, legalisations, signatures and ad-hoc tasks
  • Update data in our database of subsidiaries (Simpler Legal)
  • Handle documentation in connection with visa applications, invitation letters etc.
  • Organise meetings and events
  • Drive minor projects, e.g. onboarding new colleagues, arranging celebrations etc.


The tasks involve close contact with our colleagues in Corporate Functions, especially Group Legal, as well as contact with our many partners around the world.

  • Proficient in written Danish and English
  • Used to working in a structured way and is extremely thorough
  • Comfortable working with a variety of IT systems and databases
  • A team player who wants to contribute positively to a good collaboration

As a person, you consider yourself a self-starter, who is always one step ahead in your planning. On top of that, you deliver high-quality work. You have a flexible attitude, which enables you to handle multiple priorities at a time, and you adjust well to shifting demands.

Being organised and structured is in your nature. You are passionate about and have strong competencies within administrative tasks, and you thrive with getting things done. Further, you must be committed to your core deliveries and be able to handle confidential information discreetly. Last but not least, we value team spirit and expect you to go the extra mile to ensure seamless execution.

We work in a dynamic and high-paced environment, and you will be part of a team with many activities and a high engagement level. This is also the reason why we value your ability to work structured and focused with your responsibilities. You must be able to manage your time well and to prioritise your tasks with a view to meeting your deliveries.

Your background
To succeed in the position, your educational background could vary. You could have an office administrative background, a business background or similar. You may be a recent graduate or have relevant experience from an internship and / or a student job and are passionate about getting started with your career. The most important fact is that you bring a can-do-attitude.

If you have worked with legal issues before, this will be an advantage but certainly not a requirement.
