Project Manager - Hearing Care IT

You will be part of an international environment in a leading company working with the latest technologies together with a team of very dedicated employees.
Global IT implementation
In your new job, you will manage the deployment of a global template to countries across Europe. The template is combining multiple applications which together are digitizing an entire business – with ERP, POS, CRM and BI being the core components. You will manage a unique team which we have carefully put together over the past years – ranging from leading technical thinkers to business operations experts. The solution has been implemented in several Demant companies around the world and the journey continues by onboarding the rest of the companies.
Your working day will offer a wide palette of challenging tasks, which will span all phases of a solution life cycle; planning, analysis, solution design, implementation and handover to support.
As the Business Transformation program is global, you should expect to have between 30 - 40 days of annual travel.
Are we looking for you?
As a person, you are easy going and able to communicate with colleagues at all levels. You are ambitious and driven to succeed - and carry a solid experience from similar projects where both ERP and CRM are in scope. Ideally, you also have a few years of experience with process analysis, requirement gathering, functional design and training from IT implementation projects, so you can relate to the tracks which you will manage.
You find energy in complex challenges; have a natural flair and interest for IT as well as process and business understanding. You are a positive and open-minded person, eager to learn and develop your skills.
We expect you to hold a relevant Master Degree, i.e. cand.scient, cand.oecon, cand.polit, IT, cand.merc or similar.
