Digital Project Manager - Global Marketing
Does it motivate you to drive digital marketing projects with a strong focus on the change management process? And do you have excellent project management skills? Then you can look forward to a great range of exciting and challenging tasks in this role.
We are looking for an experienced digital marketing project manager to play a vital part in our quest to deliver a seamless customer experience. We do this by creating consistent customer and user experiences across all marketing channels and delivering optimised digital business systems that ensure flawless product launches. It must be easy and convenient for our customer to do business with us through digital self-service options.
As a part of Global Marketing, you will be working with hearing aid brands on a global scale in close and cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders in IT, Brand Management and Commercial Operations as well as our sales companies. You will be part of a highly professional and engaged team, where team spirit and humor characterize our culture.
Key focus areas
Your focus is the project leadership of digital marketing projects from planning through development, execution, and implementation, involving stakeholders across the organization and multiple countries. Strong stakeholder management skills are therefore key. You have a natural understanding of the people side of change, and you know how to create a high performing project team where everyone thrives and develops.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading digital marketing projects across the organisation
- Driving change management and training in various user forums
- Understanding of digital marketing systems and integrations between these
- Roll out and implementation of internal marketing systems and tools
You have business acumen, so though you are a project manager by heart, you know and take the business into account when making decisions and driving your projects forward. You have knowledge and understanding of the MarTech landscape and in managing large scale digital solutions across channels.
On a personal level you have a constructive mindset and can navigate in a complex and changing environment. You have great communication and facilitation skills. Your ability to listen and your excellent interpersonal skills enable you to establish strong working relationships to the project owner and the internal and external stakeholders.
Preferably you have a business degree on a master’s level. You have a commercial background and a proven track record within project management driving digital projects in close collaboration with project owners and key stakeholders. 3-5 years of project management experience from a digital agency or digital marketing team in a larger organization is probably part of your past.
