Your impact
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will become part of our Project Excellence team, a team of highly experienced and professional project managers. You will be leading medium to large size project teams consisting of between 5-30 highly motivated and engaged experts from various cross-functional disciplines.
We work in a matrix organization with an ongoing focus on agile development, and you will be working on several projects with participants and stakeholders both within and outside the hardware organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project managing of multidisciplined HW Platform Projects (mechanics, electronics, and electroacoustics)
- Scope management, time management, risk management, quality management, resource management and financial/budget management of projects
- Leading engaged, diverse and multidisciplined HW Platform Project Teams - consisting of experts from different areas
- Manage a complex stakeholder environment around projects
- Overall responsible of project delivery and medical compliance
- Participate actively and regularly in initiatives improving strategies, processes, and ways of working in our project team

Your background
We expect that you come with a relevant educational background, M.Sc. (Civil), B.Sc. (Diploma) within Acoustical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent fields.
We expect that you have several years of experience from leading project teams in a multi-product R&D organization, and it will give you a head start if you have an understanding or experience in agile methodologies and have previously worked within the field of medical devices, consumer electronics, or in a regulated industry.
We have a diverse working culture, and our corporate language is English, which is a pre-requisite, to explain complicated technical subjects to stakeholders on all levels and functions across the whole organization.
