Project Coordinator - New Business Introduction
In the New Business Introduction (NBI) team at Demant we are looking for a new colleague to support and coordinate new innovative product launches. The NBI team is part of Brand Management that empowers our four individual hearing aid brands: Oticon, Philips Hearing Solutions, Bernafon, and Sonic Innovations, to unleash the market potential by targeting the brands towards different segments, channels, and price points.
Understand the business and prioritize
As our new Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our New Business Introduction (NBI) managers with planning and milestone preparations, but you will also be tasked with smaller projects as capacity allows. Furthermore, you will work closely with the NBIs and interact with many stakeholders across the organisation.
Your key tasks will be to:
- Create and align timeplans
- Organize and prepare milestone meetings
- Organize country alignment meetings
- Provide documentation support in product projects
- Run smaller process updates and projects
The New Business Introduction function
The NBI function consist of 14 people in total and is part of the Brand Management organisation consisting of around 80 people. Brand Management empowers our four individual hearing aid brands to unleash the market potential by targeting the brands towards different segments, channels, and price points. The New Business Introduction team drives product releases.
You will be working in a team of 4 people and in the team, you will find 2 NBI Senior Project Managers and an NBI Project Director ready to support you during your onboarding period. Furthermore, you will report to the Project Director, New Business Introduction, Program in the Brand Management team and work in a matrix set-up both within the NBI team but also across the entire development value chain.

You probably have a commercial background, could be within marketing or business, combined with a few years of experience bringing new products to market.
