Our Graduate Programme
Our Graduate Programme offers you a unique opportunity to develop your personal and professional skills. Each year, we hire around 10 graduates for different business areas. We guide you through a two-year journey starting in September 2023. You will have 3 rotations working in different teams and with different projects. This will provide you with a broad understanding of our business and a significant network of people across functions. You will plan your rotations together with your Host Manager to enhance your development in the best possible way. You will be given a high level of responsibility from day one. We believe this is the best way to kick-start your career. As we are a global company, many of our graduates can also go abroad for one of their rotations.
The programme also includes visits of our different business units, and we offer you training sessions in project and stakeholder management plus communication and presentation skills. Besides that, you will join a fantastic network with many other graduates and can look forward to some fun team days and trips.
After completing the programme, you will continue your career with us in a permanent role.
Your business area: Global IT Portfolio and Project Management
If you want to pursue a career within IT project management and business enablement via technology, this graduate position is for you. Global IT operates with continued focus on improving business-oriented deliveries by enabling business value and growth and leveraging and optimizing digital synergies and efficiencies globally. We are a team of 500 people worldwide who effectively enable suitable and timely technology innovation across all areas.
You will be a part of a team with cross-functional project managers, and you will run your own project under the guidance of a senior project manager. We have a substantial portfolio with different projects ranging from large business implementation projects to technical infrastructure ones. You will learn to work with stakeholder management, classic project management, as well as agile development methods.
Your profile
You are about to graduate, or have graduated no more than two years ago, with a relevant master’s degree. You are a productive team member with great achievements in your studies, through your (student) work experience or extracurricular activities. You have furthermore gained international experience through a semester or internship abroad or similar. And last, you are fluent in English.
We believe that you are a team-oriented person with a forward-thinking mindset and passion for what you do. Most likely, you are interested in IT technology, implementation of business solutions and of course people. Last but not least, you are curious, and - most important - humble.

Deadline for applications is 8th of January 2023
We then choose the most suitable candidates for video interviews, which take place from 11th-15th of January 2023. After that, we invite the final candidates for our assessment center, which takes place on Wednesday, 25th of January 2023 at our headquarters in Smørum. Personal interviews with the very last candidates take place from 30th of January – 3rd of February 2023.
