A new role
The role is new in the team and will be a vital pillar in shaping our tracking and campaign management standards across channels. The role will be key in improving standards for attribution and optimization of data flows into our BI reporting. In this role you will have a chance to build a community around how we track campaigns, measure performance, and leverage our Martech. You will also take part in implementing new projects in collaboration with other teams.

For this role, you will be based at the Demant headquarters in Smørum, a half-an-hour S-train ride away from the Copenhagen city center.

Your team and colleagues
You will be referring to the Senior Manager, Head of Marketing Analytics, and work in a dedicated Marketing Analytics team. Our team is part of Global Marketing in the Hearing Care division of Demant.

As part of Global Marketing, you will be collaborating closely with your colleagues in Acquisition, Brand, and Customer Retention. You will also get the opportunity to collaborate with many local stakeholders across our markets.

What will your day look like?
In the role as Data & Tracking Specialist you will bridge the gap between marketing performance and technology by analyzing how we utilize the platforms and how we can improve the usage by having the right standards in place. Your role will focus on:

  • Working with documentation of standards with input from stakeholders from the business and IT. This will result in playbooks which will be the reference point for how we execute our marketing.
  • Through your analysis you will identify technology gaps which will help inform how we prioritize custom changes to our marketing technology with our IT department.
  • You will have frequent check-ins with stakeholders locally and globally to promote standards and provide training.


Your competences
There can be several paths leading to this job. You can bee working at an agency, and now wish to put your skills to work on the client side. Or you are already working in a similar role.

It is easy for you to build relationships to important stakeholders, and you are a great communicator, who can present complex information in an easily accessible way. You know how to engage stakeholders and understand the importance of keeping them informed and committed. You have great project management skills, being able to structure the different steps in a project and streamline processes.

In addition, you can probably tick off many of the following competencies:

  • A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • A strong coordinator who enjoys stakeholder engagement and focus time.
  • A solid platform and technical comprehension to grasp how systems and processes affect data flows and reporting.
  • Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Looker, Tableau or other to understand the reporting side of tracking is an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot or MS Dynamics.

Travelling to our markets can be expected 12-15 days per year.
