On behalf of our client we are looking for a Health & Safety Executive.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Health & Safety Executive your primary tasks will consist of HSE management, developing HSE capabilities and supporting different engineering teams.

In addition to the HSE lead role you will be supporting the different engineering teams in the test laboratory and workshop. This will give you a chance to make a significant contribution to serve patients every time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
We expect you to have hands on experience with:
Furthermore, we expect you to have experience from a similar role from an international company, being used to coordinate with headquarters and managed time difference. Also, we expect that you are fluent in both Danish and English in reading and writing. It will be a huge advantage if you have experience from the medical device or pharma industry but experience from related industries will also be an advantage.

As a person, you are structured, outgoing and having the ability to build up relationships across the organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Health & Safety Executive your primary tasks will consist of HSE management, developing HSE capabilities and supporting different engineering teams.
HSE management:
- Planning and executing of all annual HSE related activities
- Coordinate and chair HSE management meetings
- Perform quarterly legal review with our external partner to ensure compliance with Danish rules and regulations
- Alignment with corporate HSE on annual HSE activities and ensure compliance with corporate HSE procedures
- Plan and conduct safety reviews audits
- Issue the annual safety report
Develop HSE capabilities:
- Lead the development of “safety first” culture
- Lead work environment improvement initiatives
- Plan and conduct safety training
- Plan and conduct annual fire drills
Development program support:
