We are looking for a Project Manager to manage IT Infrastructure projects and transition & transformation projects for new and existing
customers.

Your responsibilities as a Project Manager
As our new Project Manager you will play a vital part both in relation to our customers and internally in NNIT.
Your experience and personality enable you to handle your stakeholders and influence central decision makers. This will give you the possibility of adding to your own success in NNIT.
You will play a central role in the Project Management team. Through your appearance and influence you contribute to motivate and develop the project participants and the organization as a whole.
Your responsibilities:
You will join our Project Management team
You will be part of a project organisation with approx. 60 Project Manager colleagues where we emphasize team work and an open and honest communication approach.
We encourage all Project Managers to provide and get sparring within the Project Manager community and we try our best to create a good work environment with social activities.
We support you in your career development ambitions and you will receive ongoing offers on competency development fitted to our joint goals and ambitions.
Your qualifications and experience
You have an interest in the IT outsourcing business and have a natural strive to understand the customers’ value chain in order to deliver to customer satisfaction.
You have minimum a Bachelor’s degree and you are fluent in Danish and English, written and oral.

Your responsibilities:
- Contribute with Project Management expertise in the sales phase
- Plan and execute on all levels: Overall, milestone and detailed planning
- Establish project scope and overview, create structure and define and manage risk and issues
- Manage stakeholders (communicate and report on all relevant levels at the customer and internally at NNIT including in the Steering Committees)
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure projects are delivered according to the business cases including invoicing
- Run the projects according to NNIT project models
- Contribute to the development of the Project Management discipline and community in NNIT

You have an interest in the IT outsourcing business and have a natural strive to understand the customers’ value chain in order to deliver to customer satisfaction.
- You have a strong project management tool-box
- 3+ years of project management experience within IT
- Strong customer focus
- You relate well to people, possess the necessary empathy and understand how to motivate your team
- You can work independently with a large personal drive while also securing project results through personal leadership
- Knowledge and experience in using all major project management disciplines with possible knowledge of Prince2 and/or PMI-Standard. Certification is not a requirement, but we urge our Project Managers to be certified within a short timeframe.
You have minimum a Bachelor’s degree and you are fluent in Danish and English, written and oral.
