Job description
As Project Manager you will be fully responsible of your own projects and/or key deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Your projects support several Terma application areas and focus primarily on continuous development and sustainment of product platform(s) including primarily Systems and Software Engineering disciplines.
Your typical project management activities include project initiation/planning, execution/monitoring & controlling, and closing. Also you must have a strong focus on clear agreements with product owners/scrum teams and transparent status reporting.
By being visible and following up on performance, you promote accountability and ensure commitment to project progress from everyone. This is further supported by your ability to address uncertainties and to foresee risks – and by proactively managing the associated mitigating and corrective actions.
To a large extent, your success depends on how you manage stakeholders by means of networking and communication and change requests throughout the project planning and execution phases.
Additionally, you will be involved in estimation of opportunities in both Sales and Product Management.

Your professional qualifications
- Experience working with SW platforms incl. bridging waterfall projects and agile development
- Ability to lead complex, systems engineering-heavy projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid practice in managing risks and addressing changes
- Experience with Cyber Security, AI, and/or from regulated industries would be a plus
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.

- Stakeholder Management is one of your main skills - you are great at communicating with colleagues, a skilled relationship builder, and able to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape
- You are result-oriented with high level of integrity
