The Position As the Director of Scientific Dialogue, you will lead three sub teams with currently 14 people, growing to 20+ within the coming year. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for Scientific Dialogue, overseeing the establishment of two new teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders, and motivating the teams to achieve their goals. If you are a results-driven, strategic thinker and want to become a driving force in how we engage in scientific dialogue with medical communities around the world, we would love to hear from you. Qualifications To excel in this role, we anticipate that you bring a Master's degree coupled with 8+ years of experience in people management and managing larger projects, preferably in a highly regulated environment. In addition to the above, you also need:
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate and negotiate with diverse partners at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging and aligning with both team and collaborators
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry
  • Ability to create effective processes
    • About the Department You will join a highly ambitious and driven team dedicated to providing inspiring and relevant medical education to healthcare professionals to improve treatments for people with serious chronic diseases. The team is responsible for arranging our presence at congresses, driving advisory boards, and overseeing interactions with Key Opinion Leaders. Scientific Dialogue is part of Strategic Operations in Global Medical Affairs, and you will work closely with other teams across the organization.
