The position In the role of Assessment Project Coordinator, you play a critical role in coordinating essential preparatory activities, ensuring a successful on-site Contract Manufacturing Organisation (CMO) assessment visit for Project Managers. Your key focus areas include: Assisting in scheduling CMO assessments in coordination with the Project Portfolio Manager/Project Managers Managing communication with diverse cross-functional stakeholders (internal NN stakeholders and external CMO stakeholders) for well-organised and smooth on-site assessments Providing administrative assistance to Project Manager and handling any ad hoc tasks to support the GCM Projects Department Compiling, organising, and communicating an ongoing rolling overview of future assessments to management Qualifications To be considered for this position, we believe you: Possess relevant administrative background or education coupled with practical experience in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to engage people, build trust, and get commitment from internal and external stakeholders Display fluency in both spoken and written English Your success in this role is dependent on effective collaboration, communication, meticulous attention to detail, a people-printed approach, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, all while demonstrating exceptional organizational and planning skills. About The Department PMO is a new sub-department that aims to be the Centre of Excellence in Project Management for GCM. PMO is part of the GCM Projects Department, which is responsible for all commercial tech transfer projects to CMOs. Apart from the PMO, the GCM Projects Department consists of 20+ highly engaged Sr./Project Managers focused on executing tech transfer projects.
