The position
As an Omnichannel Congress Lead at , you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the global commercial congress experience. Reporting to the VP of the Customer Engagement and Experience team, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and evolution of our global front-facing website Congress Hub. This includes designing insight-driven user experience, leading the backlog of new functionalities, and driving personalized customer journeys in strong collaboration with global brand teams and other content contributors in .
Please note that this position requires on-site presence, which means that remote work is not possible.
Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:
• Relevant master’s degree (communication, digital, marketing)
• 5-8 years of proven strategic and hands-on experience with omnichannel strategy and planning, customer journey mapping, and omnichannel execution.
• Deep understanding of the digital engagement ecosystem and how different touchpoints (digital and face-2-face) play a role in the omnichannel customer experience.
• Solid experience in web development as well as strong understanding of and experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics and AEM.
• Strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset .
• Excellent digital project management and communication skills, including PowerPoint and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Resilience, proactivity, flexibility, and an innovative mindset.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English .
It is an advantage to have:
• Experience from a global role .
• Background within the pharmaceutical industry .
On a personal level, you are a great team player and excel at stakeholder management as you will be working across a complex matrix organisation consisting of HQ, International Operations, North Americas, Regions, and Affiliates.

The Customer Engagement & Experience team comprises a highly engaged and skilled team of professionals, focused on driving business impact with through three functional Centres of Excellence: 1) Omnichannel & CX Excellence, 2) Digital Media Excellence, and 3) Omnichannel Congress Excellence.
