We are looking for a senior profile for the Corporate Strategy team in TDC NET, as the previous Senior Strategy Manager was promoted internally into a new career role. The team is headed by the VP Head of Strategy, who reports to the EVP Chief Strategy Officer, who is also part of the Executive Management Team in TDC NET. You will team-up with 6 skilled colleagues, have daily exposure to the Executive Management Team and closely collaborate with colleagues across the organization in driving strategic projects.
In your role, you will become a sparring partner to the Head of Strategy, the Chief Strategy Officer, and the remainder of the Executive Management Team. You will plot the strategic direction for TDC NET, and drive selected “Must-Win-Battels” and business critical projects in close collaboration with the business.
As part of the Corporate Strategy team, you are directly involved in mapping the overall strategic direction for TDC NET and leading the execution of key strategic projects spanning the organization. Every day, you will have a direct impact in driving TDC NET towards success in one or more of their strategic pillars that involve being Best, Fastest, and Excellent in their approach to product offerings, customers, operations, people, and sustainability. - drive and support the corporate strategy work and strategy processes re. the transformation of the business together with the Executive Management Team.
- support the VP Strategy in providing processes and governance for strategy development,
- build and prioritize strategic concepts and to-be projects, including clarification of scope, business case, data, etc.
- assist in identifying strategic initiatives and ideas for market positioning, and scope and run various business critical projects and “Must-Win-Battles”.
- prepare board presentations, portfolio reporting on progress in and overview of the strategic initiatives, facilitate workshops, etc.
- act as role model to and drive the development of the younger members in the team through creating individual development plans, project sparring and direct mentoring.

- Academic credentials on master’s level, and graduation in the top-tier of your class.
- 4-6 years of experience from top-tier management consulting – experience with telco is a plus, but not a must. Alternatively, you have experience from an internal strategy function.
- Experience from corporate strategy projects that have spanned the business value chain.
- Used to deal and interact with senior management / stakeholders / boards, making presentations, reporting and portfolio overviews.
- Mastering English fluently in speech and writing and strong presentation skills.
- Experience from an international or diversified culture and / or projects.
