PORTFOLIO- AND DEMAND PLANNER

You will be supporting the demand management function within the Commercial PMO

Your key responsibilities will be within:

  • Facilitate the demand and portfolio reviews and participate in the S&OP/IBP process in close collaboration with the S&OP team, leading the company closer to its strategic ambitions
  • Ensure new product launches, rationalization initiatives, lifecycle changes and phase out of existing portfolio are reflected in the portfolio plan
  • Drive the process of consolidating the sales forecast through the consensus planning process into an unconstrained demand plan?
  • Challenge and validate the plans from the different Key Account Managers, Business Development, marketing, and product development, and drive actions and decisions through the end-to-end process.
  • Prepare and calculate scenarios related to supply chain challenges
  • Drive supply chain performance through opportunities and risks handling
  • Use key performance indicators to drive real business improvements throughout portfolio and demand departments
  • Support in the process of monetizing the consensus plans into one integrated plan

You will play a key role building Fertin Pharma’s new portfolio & demand planning process

It is an advantage if you are comfortable with deep diving into data and have knowledge of forecasting methodologies and here can challenge the forecast and portfolio plan confidently. You will work close together with S&OP managers, supply planners and other key stakeholders in the S&OP process why it is important that you are a team player with good collaboration skills.
