We are looking for a Manager to Installation Supervision. This is your chance to be a part of a strong team in an exciting industry.

SBU NCE Construction Site Operations North
You will be a part of NCE Construction which covers 40 countries and has approx. 230 employees on 15 different locations. The Construction department is responsible for the safe installation of approximately 150 projects every year.

As Manager for Installation Supervision in NCE Construction, you will have approximately 30 blue collar employees in direct reference. The team is characterised by being energic, outgoing and experienced. Furthermore, you will be a part of the management team, which consists of Site Management and onsite Quality Control.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the following areas:

  • All employment matters including hiring, employee relations, performance management, performance appraisals, etc.
  • Provide effective leadership that achieves an aligned, engaged and motivated team
  • Secure a constant awareness on safety at the sites
  • Creation, development, communication and implementation of function/department strategy to achieve the targets agreed with management
  • Ensure competence development of the supervisors
  • Allocate resources in cooperation with our planner team
  • Administrative tasks e.g. approval of working hours and expense reports


Qualifications
If you can solve the above, you have the right qualifications. We believe that the following qualifications will be needed to achieve success with areas of responsibility:

  • Experience with successfully leading from a distance
  • Understanding of the complexity of a large global organisation
  • Experience with cost awareness and customer orientation
  • Strong PC computer skills (MS Office) required, SAP knowledge preferred
  • Excellent English skills - written as well as verbally
  • Experience and knowledge of wind turbines and construction sites is an advantage
  • Valid driver's license, passport and ability to travel 50 days a year
