Job Description
Danfoss Heat Exchangers is looking for an experienced Project Manager in Kolding, Denmark. Your role will be to drive and support the supply chain process integration between Sondex and Danfoss. Over the next years you will play a key role in the migration of relevant Sondex factories and sales offices into the Danfoss system environment called One ERP. As part of the international organization you will work closely with colleagues from the Danfoss and Sondex management teams, the Danfoss Heating segment business support team and the One ERP project team. You can expect extensive international travel in this position.
Working effectively with dedicated, highly skilled and passionate people across multiple functions and locations is key to success in this role. As a person, you are self-driven, able to say “no” and stay with this decision under pressure. You are analytical, persistent, patient and a strong team player who can interact, build relationships and communicate well with people across borders and cultures.
Background and skills
To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Science) combined with experience in optimization and integration within supply chain, as well as:

- Extensive knowledge about existing Danfoss supply chain business processes
- Strong project management skills
- Supply chain related SAP or similar ERP experience
- Experience in facilitation, stakeholder and change management
- Ability to understand complex business processes, and prepare proposals for how these processes can be optimized
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse group of stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Fluency in English both verbally and in writing
