Do you want to be part of the construction of a new urban hospital which will provide more than 450,000 citizens with state-of-the-art healthcare?
The project for the New Bispebjerg Hospital represents a key intervention within the vision proposed by the Capital Region of Denmark for the development of healthcare services in the area. The architectural complex develops in an area of around 77.500 sqm, within six pavilions will host a dense and widely articulated functional program. The three key departments will be: Emergency, Operation, and Radiology.
The New Bispebjerg Hospital represents the perfect union of quality and sustainability, in which the intrinsic plus value is constituted by a concerted and shared work between the various professionals involved.

The construction of the New Bispebjerg Hospital is moving fast, and we need more hands to help keep the process flowing. Therefore, we are looking for a senior accountant to help make sure our finances are running smoothly.
Your daily tasks would among other consist of:
- Support in Utilities Area (including below tasks)
- Handle and process all aspects of creditors/debtors
- Monthly review of job cost activity ensures consistent and correct coding
- Prepare subcontractors/suppliers payment application in the software for the bank
- Preparation of client bills and debit notes
- Bank conciliations
- Preparation of the Monthly VAT declarations and fill in the declaration in SKAT e-application.
- Preparation of finance monthly reports defined by the Administration & Finance Manager
- Administrative tasks related to car fleet monitoring and controlling mobile phone usage and preparation of the monthly report of the employee deductions. Verification of the employee refund request and preparation of the monthly report of the employee addictions.
- Petty cash management.
The ideal candidate would possess the following attributes:
- A bachelor’s in commerce or similar
- At least 5 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of the Danish rules and regulations within finance
- Ability to keep a cool head under pressure
- Good communication skills in English and Danish.
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365 is a plus, but not required
