Your primary tasks
You will play an important role with regards to Transfer Pricing, annual reports for subsidiaries and various ad hoc support to our subsidiaries, the business areas and group finance.

Your primary tasks
You will play an important role with regards to Transfer Pricing, annual reports for subsidiaries and various ad hoc support to our subsidiaries, the business areas and group finance.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- prepare Transfer Pricing documentation, including Masterfile and local files for Terma Group companies, Function, Risk and Asset analyses and the like.
- manage related internal procedures, benchmark studies and permanent establishment.
- carry out financial controlling for foreign group companies regarding financial statements, contact to external auditors, preparation of audit documentation and internal various controlling.
- ad-hoc support in connection with international activities and subsidiaries
Your professional & personal qualifications
- You have an educational background as M.Sc. in Business Economics and Auditing (Cand.merc.aud.), Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (HD-R) or other relevant background.
- You have minimum 3 years of experience from an accounting department or an audit firm and have a strong interest in international cross border activities.
- Some degree of Transfer Pricing knowledge is a requirement to succeed in this role.
- We are looking for a relationship builder and a team player, who masters to cooperate and coordinate broadly with colleagues as well as external advisors at all levels, and who has good knowledge of all processes within a finance function.
- You are goal oriented with high integrity and responsibility in relation to meeting deadlines, and you thrive in a busy working environment with numerous parallel activities.
- You have good communication skills in Danish and English both verbal and written.
- You are used to work with MS office programs and are as a person well-structured at a sufficiently detailed level.
