Key role in project organisation * Ensuring financial performance * Cooperation in an international setup
Partnering with Project Managers and contribute with key findings to improve performance
As Project Controller in SVM, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial performance of the company’s customer projects. You will on a daily basis work closely together with the project managers and support these in defining the financial goals and objectives of the different projects. Furthermore, it will be your responsibility to create and maintain an economic overview across the entire project portfolio and call attention to possible deviations in order for these to be addresses in due time.
In this position, you will be involved in all projects across the entire organisation. An important focus will be to identify and highlight trends and possibilities in the projects that could serve to develop and improve future projects. You will be partnering up with the project managers, taking the role as both the supportive figure and the person who challenges them to become even better at what they do. You will become part of the Project Organisation in the Engineering Systems department and refer to the Head of Project Management.
Business-oriented mindset who enjoys working cross functionally
For this position, we are looking for a person with some years of experience in a similar role, where you have worked with numbers and supported the business. You are educated within the financial area and are experienced in analysing and processing large volumes of data. You are used to engaging with the business and are able to communicate and present your findings in an easy understandable and relevant manner.
As a person, you are proactive and outgoing and enjoy working cross functionally. You have a desire to understand the business, and you naturally contribute with your ideas on how to improve further. Being a crucial partner to the project managers, you are easy to work with and know when to be supportive and when to challenge your colleagues. You take a structured approach towards solving your assignments and are able to dig into the details while not losing sight of the bigger picture.
