- Some years of experience in restaurant management.
- Able to speak Hindi since most of our staff is from India, English is an added plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing budgets, financial reporting, and inventory control.
- Ability to train and manage staff, as well as delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and regulations.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring quality standards.
- Hiring, training, and managing restaurant staff.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and managing customer complaints and feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food and beverage industry standards.
- Developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to increase restaurant visibility and customer base.
- Managing budgets, financial reporting, and inventory control.
