Are you our new restaurant Manager?
We are looking for a new Unit Manager for our amazing restaurant Luca.
Luca is where Italian specialities, pizza, wine and ambience is the main focus.We are striving to give our guests an authentic experience full of personality and unique intimate atmosphere in our restautant i Copenhagen. We are therefore looking for dedicated and motivated people to manage the team!
You must have experience in management in hospitality, experience handling staff, and preferably a good amount of experience in/knowledge of selling wines.
Your responsibilities will be everything related to day-to-day operations, staff training and recruitment, scheduling, bookings, ordering of goods and financial reporting. You will be a part of the floor Team, but there will also be administrative tasks.
You will refer to the overall Line Director for Luca and work closely with the Kitchen Manager and other Restaurant managers within the Company.
