We are happy to welcome a passionate person who are eager to work with the best ingredients- caught a stone throw from the kitchen.

The lake fish that we catch and farm ourselves in Bolmen outside the restaurant is the spine of the company. The pace is periodically high and wonderful and the tasks vary throughout the year. In our popular restaurant with exclusive dishes on the self-caught fish, you work together with a driven gang for great dining experiences with a real taste of rural Sweden!

You will also work with artisanal processing of the products that are for sale in our farm shop and from fish carts.

Tiraholms Fisk is a family business on the west shore of Lake Bolmen, in Southern Sweden between Malmö and Stockholm. The venue is beautifully situated on the peninsula. Our company employs about 30 seasonal employees in summer and about fifteen all year round.

The summers are the busiest time, but we are becoming more and more of a year round destination. We believe that you have at least two years' experience of cooking. That you are committed, responsible, flexible and cooperative, are happy and positive! And that you can communicate with your colleagues in English.

The position is to start in February-March. Salary according to agreement. Ranges from ca SEK 24000 gross/month to SEK 27000 gross/month depending on experience.

We are also looking for seasonal staff for similar positions.

With Tiraholm as a starting point, you as an employee have the opportunity to use(for free) our boat, canoe, kayak, SUP board to experience the lake and recharge energy in your spare time. In the area there is also a rich cultural life with music concerts, festivals and other nice things!
