We now offer a unique career opportunity to become our new Business Analyst. Here, you will create world class reporting for our Retail business. You will work in close cooperation with local and global retail companies, where you will assess, review, challenge and inspire local practices. You will support the retail companies to realize their full potential. You will play a leading role in providing actionable commercial recommendations - both for local and global management.
Furthermore, you will act as Super user for our reporting and help other countries with training and support to help them to drive their data driven agenda while also gaining feedback for global improvements and challenges on data driven decisions.

We are a small team, located in Demant’s retail department. You will have close contact to the Hearing Care top management to give them the best support. There will be demands to optimize the business and find opportunities for improvements. Other key stakeholders will be Retail IT and our global offices. Here, you will do a lot of sparring on a daily base, to help our offices worldwide with their decisions. Most important, you will gain success through others by involving them and do a lot of knowledge sharing.
Workplace
We work with a mix of coming together in the office, and the flexibility to work from home with equipment provide. To be closer to your stakeholders and build up a network, you can expect travel time of 10-20 days, with respect for Covid restriction.
Your backpack
To be successful in this role, you come with a Master in Business, Finance, IT or similar and either straight out of school with relevant student work or have 1-2 years of work experience as Business Analyst or Consultant. You have been working a lot with Excel and familiarity with Power Pivots, Power Query, PowerBi, Looker or other Data analytics platform is a plus.
You are self-driven and one of the rare persons, who love data on the one hand but also to network and collaborate with many stakeholders at different levels on the other hand. You find energy in complex challenges. You are a team player who shows a flexible approach to the tasks at hand and wants to contribute to the common success of the team. All in all, you are a positive and open-minded person, eager to learn and develop your skills to meet the needs of a growing retail business in a digital world.
