We are looking for a sales apprentice to our CBO (Cross Border Onliners) department, who is eager to learn in a high paced environment.
Kick-start your career with a theoretical and practical education
As a Sales Apprentice at Jack & Jones you will join an energetic and competent CBO department, where you will get every opportunity to develop both personally and professionally. You will also join the rest of BESTSELLER’s Sales Apprentices for a theoretical education, consisting of a total of nine modules of one week’s duration. Here you will look into subjects such as product knowledge, personal sales, sales planning, international trade, space management, etc.
A working day with exciting sales tasks and dedicated colleagues
The apprentice education gets your future career at Jack & Jones off to a good start. During your education, you will gradually be granted more responsibility and more independent tasks, where you will contribute on equal terms with your other colleagues. In addition, you will go on a field trip to London to visit different types of customers, including key accounts, online customers and own stores.

- Administrative support to the sales team
- Handling orders and following up on order and stock situation
- Photo sample handling
- Setting up product assortments
- Arranging stock bookings
- Resolving stock issues
- Completing weekly stock updates
- Product distribution for the stores
- Preparing catalogues for the collections
- Providing assistance at sales events.
- Supporting ad hoc tasks related to customer service
Are you our next sales apprentice?
- To be considered for the position, you have:
- Completed a qualifying upper secondary education
- Excellent English and Danish language skills, both written and oral
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- A desire to handle sales tasks as well as administrative tasks
- An interest in and understanding of the most recent trends and tendencies in the fashion industry
- A personality that positively influences those around you
- The ability to work independently and manage responsibility
- Strong attention to detail
- A structured and organised approach to your work.
