Who is Easy Live Sales?
Easy Lives Sales is a software company whose product, ELISA, helps both physical and online retailers achieve ambitious sales results on social media via Live Shopping. Our mission is to empower retailers to establish a personal relationship again with their customer. With the use of our Software Robot, ELISA, it is easy for retailers to sell on social media. Our customers sell via Live Streams on Facebook or Stories on Instagram. We are already active in multiple countries in Europe and growing FAST. To accelerate our growth in The Netherlands we are looking for a Sales Representative to help achieve our ambitions ✨

Your responsibilities
This role is a mix between customer service and sales which also gives you the opportunity to grow into one of those directions in the future. From the start the majority of your time will be spend on Sales though. Since we are based in Aarhus, contact with Dutch customers will take place digitally via Phone, Email, Video Call, Live Chat, Messenger and other systems. This role is fun because you have a mix of tasks like sales, demonstrations, advice, problem solving and a lot of room to come with ideas to improve our processes.

You have the chance to empower retailers to have meaningful personal interaction with their customers online equaling the level playing field where both large and small companies stand a chance again.

We see this as a key role for our expansion and therefore we would like you to work as close to the team as possible from our office in Aarhus (Århus)! It is perfectly fine if you work remotely now and then, or a fixed day a week, but especially during the first months it is helpful to be in the office to steepen your learning curve.

- Connecting with retail stores and webshop owners to introduce them to Live Shopping
- Teaching new customers how to use our software platform
- Customer service
- Developing yourself as a person
Must haves
- Affinity with sales, customer service, retail or social media (at least one)
- Insanely motivated to be part of a start-up
- Dutch – native speaking
- English – fluent in speech and writing
Nice to haves
- Being an Instagram and Facebook wizard
- Experience from working in sales and/or customer support before
- Experience with working for an e-commerce and/or SaaS company
