RISMA is therefore looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Account Executive to join the Sales Team on this exciting journey. As an Account Executive, you have an important role and responsibility in RISMA’s future growth and expansion in the Nordics.
RISMA is a SaaS company within the GRC-field (Governance, risk, and compliance) and a Nordic market leader whose purpose is to make governance, risk and compliance easy and support customers with a platform that helps them easily track, monitor, and manage all GRC activities. RISMA has proven their value and position in the market and grown from a start up to and taken the next step as a scale up company.

The Account Executive will become part of RISMA sales team which consist of 5 dedicated, focused, and accommodating colleges. You will report to RISMAs Head of sales. The Account Executive role is focused on rapidly building the business and winning market shares.
We are looking for a dedicated Account Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years sales experience with focus on managing the entire sales process. Through your proactive efforts and perseverance, you are expected to manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. This is an exciting opportunity to obtain a sales role combined with a market with extensive growth potential.
Your responsibilities:
- You will have your own budget responsibility.
- Act as a proactive and Account executive, to deliver business value to your customers.
- Revenue growth through New Bizz up sales and retention.
- Exceed own monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets.
- Handle a healthy pipeline and ensure forecast hygiene and accuracy to be on target.
- Be proactive and act by developing a comprehensive understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers.
- To manage the end-to-end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as C-level, as well as Head of Compliance, Risk Managers, CFO’s, DPO’s etc.
- Highly collaborative with the sales team as well as the rest of the organization, to build trust across internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate new ideas to improve and develop the sales approach/process to succeed with customers.
- Connecting with and being relevant to our customer’s Business Decision Makers at C-level – acting as a thought leader and industry expert advisor.
- Securing strong account strategies, providing executive presence for the customer relationship.
Required & Preferred Skills:
- You are a software sales account or specialist and preferably familiar with SaaS solutions sales.
- Preferably 2+ years’ experience with SaaS solution sales.
- Demonstrated sales and account management experiences.
- Strong sales track record of achieving sales target.
- Ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with business and IT decision makers.
- Ability to get In-depth industry knowledge and commercial and technical understanding of SaaS applications.
- Experienced in mapping customer business processes and needs to product capabilities.
- Negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to identify, nurture, and drive opportunities and deals with all customers.
- Preferably Knowledge of Governance, Risk and Compliance.
- Relevant commercial bachelor or master’s degree from CBS or other relevant University.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
