After a challenging year for retail, we are now taking another important step in building the next high-performing retail teams in both our Flagship Store at Amagertorv, as well as in our beautiful store at CPH Airport. Therefore, we are looking for two extraordinary candidates for the vacant Assistant Store Manager roles.
We are looking for a true passionate sales profile, who always puts the customer at the heart of every decision, creates extraordinary customer experiences, constantly challenges status quo, and strives to make a difference for the staff and for the company.

What you will be doing:
- Ensuring that each customer has a unique customer experience
- Deliver on the agreed targets, in order to achieve the required sales results
- Work with the team to ensure high levels of sales and service – including inventory, visual merchandising, and customer experience
- Reflect the leading design brand, in order to delight and surprise the customers
- The role will entail 80% sales and 20% back office admin tasks
What you bring:
- Experience from a similar position
- Experience with other luxury brands or from luxury service
- Business proficiency language skills in Danish and English
- Basic computer skills
Your profile being:
- A background in retail, or perhaps hospitality
- Motivated by driving and developing sales and performance of the staff
- Extremely sales minded – skilled salesperson
- A team player
- Fast learner, proactive, result oriented and a self-starter
- Is well groomed, well-spoken, and well mannered; the ability to apply luxury behaviour and luxury standards to all activities in the store
- Is energetic, enthusiastic, and positive
- Is outgoing, hardworking, and responsible
