Møbel Copenhagen is searching for a professional and customerfocused Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.
Location: Copenhagen
Located on the third floor, inside the Design House in Frederiksgade
1, our office features iconic views overlooking the Marble Church.
Our entrance is right next to Marble Church Metro station.
What are we looking for?
A customer service focused and positive individual who understands
and values the importance of paying attention to detail.
One who enjoys working as part of a team and thrives in
a fast-paced, dynamic and creative business environment. This is
an amazing opportunity for the right candidate, to participate in
the journey that Møbel Copenhagen is on. The potential for the
right candidate is to gradually take over responsibility for selected
accounts/customers. You must be fluent in English, both verbally
and in writing.
Previous experience in the furniture industry will be considered

The position
As Sales Coordinator, you will be working closely with the sales,
design and production team, in house and across Europe. This is
to ensure that our clients are well informed about delivery, pricing
and product updates. You will be an integral and important part of
building strong relationships with our suppliers and agents as this
is key to managing the flow and processes of sales and customer
satisfaction. You will be part of a team with highly experienced individuals and therefore you will never be on your own. And at the
same time, you must have the ability to manage your work, time
and planning in an organised and responsible fashion. We expect
that your communicative skills are solid and outspoken.
Tasks included
You will be doing a broad variety of tasks that are mainly anchored
in:
• Pricing and quoting orders
• Samples delivery
• Supporting the sales team
• Handling invoices
• Communicate with suppliers, clients, retailers and customers
