Are you an experienced sales-oriented Client Engagement Manager with a deep passion for developing and growing client relationships and working with leading-edge technologies on some of the nicest projects within the largest Life Sciences customers in Denmark?

To support the growth in our successful life sciences sales team, we are looking for an ambitious Client Engagement Manager with high energy and a passionate sales approach. In this role you will be part of a team that both do our outmost to exceed our targets and at the same time have fun and laugh a lot. Your Responsibilities as Client Engagement Manager
In the role you will actively contribute to achieving NNITs business strategy by establishing trusted advisor relationship with your customer, seek new business opportunities and follow the cases to closure.
Creating visible results with a deep impact on a larger operational area is your key to success. Hence you will manage complex negotiation, define new solutions and convince internal as well as external parties with different perspectives.
You handle the entire sales process and will be selling all NNIT services: Development projects/solutions within life science, consultancy services as well as application maintenance, outsourcing and hosting.
Who we are looking for:
- Ability to Lead generation, pipeline and account management
- Participating in and contribute to prioritization of sales activities and opportunities
- Responsible for ‘cross NNIT’ sales coordination/facilitation as the liaison between the customer and NNITs delivery organization
- Assist in creating and maintaining of account plans
- Sales reporting
- Responsible for order entry targets
You will join a dynamic sales team
You will be part of a sales team with an open and informal culture, based at NNITs office in Søborg and you will report to the Sales VP for the area.
In the Sales team we put an effort in to have it fun while reaching our targets.
The sales team consists of 10 employees and is part of NNITs Life Sciences division. Life science is a strategic area for NNIT with career opportunities both within the sales team and generally within NNIT.

Sales profile
You are expected to have a relevant master’s degree combined with minimum 2-4 years of relevant IT sales background, within IT Infrastructure or IT Solutions, and a track record of identifying and closing large deals.
Experience in Life Sciences is of cause a benefit, but not a prerequisite. We are mostly looking for a dedicated Sales Professional with the right mindset.

- Immediately inspire trust and quickly establish rapport with your customer and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, business oriented with a hunter mindset
- Focused on selling value propositions through solutions and services
- Experience with sales of IT solutions
- You have a strong credibility; you are trustworthy and enthusiastic and make things happen
- You are comfortable with Danish as well as English on negotiation level.
