Now at a total headcount of 100 across our offices in Copenhagen and Lviv, we are looking to build a next-generation sales team to match the quality of our product and propel our growth.

We are looking for 5 new Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who will take responsibility for generating new business opportunities and ultimately qualifying Keepit sales leads. In this role you will:

  • Take on social and email marketing to generate product awareness and sales opportunities
  • Source, cold call and connect with prospects over the phone
  • Ultimately, ask the tough questions that move towards booking qualified sales meetings between key client decision makers and members of our senior sales team

Requirements:

As part of our frontline sales force you will be supported and trained by our senior Account Executives, and a role on this team could be a proving ground for your new or existing sales ability. You will need to speak English very well, and one or more Scandinavian / European languages would be an advantage. You are an ideal candidate if you have some initial experience in, or a hunger to learn:

  • The SAAS industry and market
  • The decision-making structures and stakeholder maps that characterize SMB to Enterprise-size companies
  • The art of pitching, proposition, objection handling and reaching the right people
  • The tools for managing a sales pipeline: Salesforce, Linkedin, and more
  • The science of rating, tracking and qualifying leads in a team-oriented sales environment

Benefits:

An SDR role is an entry-level, target-driven sales position, structured around individual meetings booked and overall company MRR (monthly recurring revenue). You will earn a base monthly salary between 21-24,000 DKK (dependent on experience), with your incentive structure adding commission / bonus on top.
