Harboes Bryggeri A/S is looking for a strong commercial International Brand Manager.
We are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to join our Beer Team in Marketing to cover a maternity leave for 1 year. The Brand Manager will support the process of building an international brand portfolio consisting of both existing brands and new brand concepts within the Beer category.
The right candidate has a commercial and international mindset with a minimum of 5 years of brand management experience. Previous FMCG experience is a must, and international business experience is an advantage. The Brand Manager will report to the Global Senior Brand Manager Beer.
You will be responsible for:
You will be responsible for the turnover and the contribution of the brand portfolio including the brand marketing budget. You will manage marketing activities in the markets, identifying synergies, promoting best practices and ensuring consistency with brand, product, pricing and communication guidelines.
The ideal candidate:
You will be based in Copenhagen at our export office, but you will also be present at our head office in Skælskør on a regular basis. Travelling activities to our brewery in Northern Germany as well as to some key markets must also be expected.

- Building the brand strategy based on market analysis, consumer insights, current or future product possibilities as well as financial potential.
- Setting the framework for international distributors to develop and execute the local marketing plans.
- Building and executing activation plans and go-to-market strategies for selected markets together with sales and external agencies.
- Coordinating and monitoring SoMe activities across countries including close dialogue with our SoMe agencies.
- Launching new products according to the 2020 NPD plan as well as driving the innovation funnel for 2021 and onwards.
- Developing on-trade and off-trade POS and merchandise materials.
- Setting and following up on key KPIs in close cooperation with sales.
You will be responsible for the turnover and the contribution of the brand portfolio including the brand marketing budget. The ideal candidate:
- has proven experience from similar jobs within FMCG.
- has strong analytical and commercial skills and strive for results.
- is curious, proactive and has a strong drive.
- is creative with the ability to think out of the box.
- possesses good interpersonal skills.
- is up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices including digital experience.
- holds a M.Sc. degree and is fluent in English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
