EcoTree is a young, vibrant and successful French green-tech startup, aiming to save the planet by planting trees!

Three years ago, a group of friends from France quit their regular jobs and created EcoTree, as they were truly convinced that making investing in Mother Nature something easy, accessible, and most importantly financially viable, was the best way to engage people in sustainable action! Since then, EcoTree has boomed and now serves more than 20,000+ individuals and 350+ companies. On ecotree.green, in just a few clicks and starting at 15€, our clients can develop their own “green” portfolio of trees, thereby absorbing tons of CO2 in the next many years, while making a profit in the end! What’s not to like about that?

Today, EcoTree is starting an exciting international journey, with a primary focus on the Nordic region. This is where you come into the picture! We are looking for a talented B2B Business Developer to skyrocket our sales on the Dutch market!

Who are you?

You are a Dutch-speaking candidate living abroad in Copenhagen that is passionate about making a difference for the environment. You are a structured mind in a creative spirit, able to keep the overview and the right priorities in mind all while developing and managing multiple accounts. Moreover, you are certainly not afraid of contacting new potential clients thanks to your outgoing nature and a passion for B2B sales. You will be part of a young-spirited vibrant as well as a small but growing team and take part in that wholly new and exciting chapter for EcoTree: the international expansion. More specifically, we are looking for someone with:

✔️ Prior successful experience in B2B Sales

✔️ Full fluency in oral & written Dutch, and extensive cultural understanding of The Netherlands

✔️ Passion for the preservation of the environment

✔️ Pending or completed studies in the fields of International Business or related studies

✔️ Top-notch negotiator expertise, but with rigor and multi-tasking capabilities

✔️ Talent for getting people to follow you and enroll on your mission.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Fuel our B2B sales pipeline with solid sourcing and qualifying of Dutch B2B prospects
  • Manage your portfolio of Dutch B2B clients
  • Identify new B2B verticals in the Dutch market and come up with solutions that fit their needs
  • Fuel our pipeline of Dutch influencers (on blogs/websites, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Podcasts, etc.) and build long-term partnerships with those in order to gain solid and credible visibility among the Dutch audience.

Remuneration: depending on experience and performance

Workload: Both Part-time and Full-time availabilities
